Use of the Platform
The Swinder platform is for personal, non-commercial use by sports enthusiasts. You must be at least 18 years old or under parental guidance to participate in matches.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Bookings and Matches
Swinder facilitates bookings with third-party sports venues and matchmaking with other players. We do not own or manage the facilities and are not responsible for venue performance.
User Conduct
We expect all players to maintain professional and fair behavior during matches. Harassment, verbal abuse, or physical aggression will result in an immediate account ban.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or actions deemed detrimental to the Swinder community.
Liability
Swinder is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage occurring during matches organized through the platform.
